For multi-day transfers, what type of service do you offer?

Our services adapt to your needs: we can stay by your side for the duration of your stay, or take you to your destination and return to pick you up for the way back.

How do you organize transfer timing?

To ensure accuracy and punctuality:

  • We monitor traffic in real time
  • We rely on drivers with deep knowledge of routes
  • We guarantee flexibility and itinerary customization

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

There’s no exact answer. Sometimes we can accommodate last-minute requests, but we always recommend booking as early as possible.

If I arrive at the airport, where will I meet the driver?

Our driver will wait for you inside the terminal, near the arrivals exit, holding a sign or tablet with your name.

Can NCC vehicles access limited traffic zones (ZTL)?

Yes, NCC vehicles have special permits that allow access to ZTL areas, so you can reach city centers with no hassle.

How much luggage can I bring?

We offer a wide variety of vehicles (cars, vans, minibuses) and will organize based on your needs. At the time of booking, please let us know the number, weight, and size of your bags so we can assign the most suitable vehicle.

Can we bring pets?

Pets are welcome on board, with a few precautions:

  • Only small pets are allowed
  • They must be in appropriate carriers for safe travel
  • All passengers (even in group bookings) must agree to the presence of pets

Does the service include child seats or strollers?

We gladly welcome young passengers. We can provide child seats and strollers to ensure safety and comfort for the whole family. Please let us know in advance the number and age of the children so we can be fully prepared.

How many passenger seats are in the assigned vehicle?

Thanks to our range of vehicles (sedans, vans, minibuses), we’ll help you choose the best one for your group. You’ll always be informed in advance of the number of seats (excluding the driver’s seat).

What info do you need for airport transfers?

To ensure a smooth airport transfer, we only need three things:

  • Flight day
  • Time
  • Flight number

In case of need, how can I contact my driver?

Your driver’s name and phone number will be shared the day before your service, by 6:00 PM.
For services scheduled on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, the info will be sent the preceding Friday.
